	Jacques Beraru: Mr. Beraru held several managerial positions in Israel and in the US, including senior manager at the Institutional funds department at Peat Marwick-KPMG LLP. Mr. Beraru brings an impressive APO track record to the team, with dozens of successful APO’s, 60% of these companies are trading today on the NASDAQ and AMEX stock exchanges.
	Dr. Hilda Guttmann: Dr. Guttmann has a unique combination of many years of experience from the Academy, Industry, Institutional and Business world. Performed several senior positions: Deputy Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade, Director of the High-Tech’s Industry Administration, Head of department in the Hebrew University.
	Joshua (Shuki) Hershkovitch: Leading entrepreneur in the US and in Israel. Mr. Hershkovitch has been involved in many technological and real estate companies. Established many and versatile businesses in the US and in Israel.
